PSALM 11 - REFUGE AND RESILIENCE

In the Lord I find my refuge,
In His shadow, fears allay.
When the wicked draw their arrows,
His protection leads the way.
They lay in wait, shrouded darkness,
Plotting harm, and sowing strife.
But the Lord, His eyes are watchful,
Ever present in my life.

For the righteous, He's a fortress,
In His sanctuary, we soar.
On His wings of love, He lifts us,
Above tempests, to His shore.

Foundations shake, the world in tumult,
Injustice rages, shadows cast.
Yet, the Lord, in holy temple,
Stands unshaken, holding fast.
His gaze pierces through the darkness,
Tests the heart, the soul, the mind.
In His love, the just find solace,
In His truth, our way defined.

Rain of fire on the wicked,
Searing wind that sweeps them away.
But in love, He saves the faithful,
Guiding them, by night and by day.

For the righteous, He's a beacon,
In His embrace, our spirits soar.
With every trial, His love deepens,
Drawing us closer, evermore.

In this world of shifting shadows,
Where deceit can wear a crown.
Lord, you are the constant pillar,
Holding firm when all comes down.
Upright hearts will see your goodness,
In their journey, they will find.
That with faith, they rise resilient,
With your love, forever entwined.

For the righteous, He's our refuge,
In His promise, we are restored.
Ever faithful, ever true, Lord,
With you, our souls ever soar.

In the Lord I find my refuge,
In His arms, my heart finds peace.
Though the storms may rage around me,
In His love, all fears will cease.
