PSALM 17 - HEAR ME NOW

In the silence of the night, I pray,
Lift my voice, seeking guidance your way.
With a pure heart, my plea unfolds,
O Lord, to you, my spirit holds.

Hear me now, in my earnest call,
By your love, may I never fall.
In your wings, I find my shield,
By your truth, my heart is healed.

They may chase me, but you are near,
In your presence, I find no fear.
For you test me, refine my soul,
With your love, you make me whole.

Show your wondrous love, your face so bright,
In shadows deep, you're my guiding light.
Against worldly foes, I stand so tall,
For in your embrace, Lord, I have all.

Hear me now, in my earnest call,
By your love, may I never fall.

In the path you set, I will tread,
