We like to grow a lot of different vegetables and fruits on our homestead, but our most important harvest is our winter squash crop. Not only do we save money in the long run, but a bumper crop, if treated correctly can provide for years.

We are a first generation homestead, focusing on building strong family values and building a future that is closer to what our great grandparents experienced.
