A cool, wet, and windy Friday for Northeast Wisconsin. We're on the backside of that low pressure system that will continue to bring on and off rain and drizzle to the area through this afternoon. Winds are picking up as well. Gusts could be up to 40 mph this afternoon. Temperatures will be fall-like with highs only in the middle 60s.
