It has been a rough four weeks, the next phase now begins.

I am down 185.8 pounds since February 23, 2022
I have lost 122 pounds since January 23, 2023
I have 181.6 pounds to go to reach 199!

Since August 15, 2023, I have been dealing with pain and weakness. Muscle tightness and nerve pain all over my body have tested my spirit, soul and heart.
