The NZ Disputes Tribunal is a farce.

These tribunals are supposed to work on the balance of probability. I have never found this to be true at all. For example, the builder purchases the materials through the client's account she is paying for, yet the builder is accused of using second-grade materials on her job, lol. If that isn't funny enough, the dudicator/referee believed the client, based solely on her lies.
