Flooding in Libya: calls for Derna's evacuation as the death toll rises

A week after significant flash floods, there have been calls for a complete evacuation of Derna In eastern Libya.

Following storm Daniel, two dams burst, destroying entire city areas and killing thousand of people.

The mayor of the city warns that with many still missing and varying death toll estimate of between 6,000 and 11,000 the final tally may approach 20,000.
