Hickory Nut Picking on the Homestead - Squirrels vs Sharon. Game On!

Sharon here! It's almost fall and the hickory nuts on our wooded homestead are just starting to drop. The race is on to find them before the squirrels and chipmunks do! Take a ride with me as take you deep in the woods and show you some beautiful nature scenery and teach you what I learned (the hard way) about the different types of hickory's we have on our property. The fall like weather has me wanting to stay in the woods all day enjoying the sights and sounds of birds, wildflowers, mushrooms, elderberry and so much more.
