Are sellers accepting fha and va buyers now?

So, FHA and VA buyers are able to be competitive in this market.. Maybe even a Non QM Buyer.. Also, buyers with the minimum down payment. You do not need 40% down and $50,000 over the purchase price.. We are NOT seeing all of these multiple offers although we are seeing SOME.. I think it's scary for some people to wrap their head around but this is a major opportunity because values are not declining. There are overpriced homes on the market and Everything turnkey and Desirable still has 4 - 6 offers and they are getting what they want as far as price and within reason..
