My class on database and lead follow up for realtors!

I was talking to a real estate agent last week. He said can you come teach a class to my team-Yes I can teach a class.. I have a ton of content what do you need? He said will you get into how you put my leads in your database and how you followed up with the lead that I sent you? Also, how you send the video to every new pre approval lead once it comes in? Yes sir!

Also, minimal conditions, 4 to 6 hour same day approvals, CD released on initial approval and more. We actually use Bombbomb videos to explain your loan options with a screenshare, SAME on pre-approvals so that the seller accepts YOUR offer and we use them to explain your disclosures as well as most updates.

I ALSO believe that value is in providing options such as 3 rate options for the same product. What do I mean? For example, a fee sheet with a par 30 year fixed rate. Another fee sheet with a 1 point cost buy down. Another fee sheet with a 2 point cost buy down.
