Why pay rent in a dorm, frat house, etc, when you can be the landlord? Your kid can be the owner occupant and the parents can be the non occupant coborrower. Their friends will gladly pay rent to be in a safe home with students and a landlord that they LIKE KNOW AND TRUST..

We actually use Bombbomb videos to explain your loan options with a screenshare, SAME on pre-approvals so that the seller accepts YOUR offer and we use them to explain your disclosures as well as most updates.

I ALSO believe that value is in providing options such as 3 rate options for the same product. What do I mean? For example, a fee sheet with a par 30 year fixed rate. Another fee sheet with a 1 point cost buy down. Another fee sheet with a 2 point cost buy down.
