CCP Satellites Over Maui At Time Of Fires

According to Steve Favis, who has been investigating and tracking the Maui fires, the technology exists to generate fires on the surface from satellites in Earth orbit.
Plugging in publicly available data provided by NORAD, it turns out that a satellite launched and monitored by CCP was right above the Maui fires when they ignited.
