It has been highly requested for me to do a updated winged eyeliner tutorial. I really don't consider myself to be good at doing eyeliner. Everyday it looks different lol. But for anyone that wants to see how I do it, hopefully this video will give you somehow an idea on how to do it. My eyes are slightly hooded.
