Highest Point in Missouri & Mina Sauk Falls Trail

Come along with me to the Highest Point in Missouri, Located in the Saint Francois Mountains near Ironton, Missouri

In order to get to the Highest Point in Missouri, you’ll have to take part of the Mina Sauk Falls Trail. There is a Concrete path to the highest point, so it is easy to get there. However, if you want to get to the Mina Sauk Falls, you’ll have another 1.2 miles to go. The trail starts off wide and easy to walk on, then it gets rockier and steeper as you go. Not super hard, but challenging for some folks. The trail is well marked with red squares and you can hear the falls as you approach them. As for me, it was well worth the hike!
