17-year-old boy dead after shooting in North Las Vegas

On Saturday afternoon in North Las Vegas, a tragic incident unfolded as a 17-year-old boy lost his life due to a shooting.

At approximately 2:10 p.m., the North Las Vegas Police Department (NLVPD) received reports of a shooting occurring on the 20th block of Webb Avenue, close to the intersection of West Owens Avenue and the I-15 freeway.

Upon their arrival at the scene, law enforcement officers discovered a 17-year-old male who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.

Regrettably, despite the prompt response of medical personnel, the young victim was pronounced dead at the location.
