HEALTH CANADA What Science are they following now?

Why has Health Canada authorized the use of the Moderna mRNA vaccine for 5 years of age and older, when many other countries have stopped the use on children under the age of 12? The World Health Organization says children and adolescents are in a "lower risk group," and rich countries should donate the vaccine. Should Health Canada donate the vaccine or immunize children with healthy immune systems?
