Is the A.R.C. a W.E.F. PsyOp?

After noting that the same billionaires who fund the W.E.F. seem to be supporting the Alliance for Responsible Citizenship (A.R.C.), the Universe was asked if this is just a new iteration of the gloabalist/2030 agenda and social engineering projects? In other words a psyop designed to build globalist control and power, plus any additional insights the Universe wishes to share. We said we deserved better psyops!
