This is, amusingly, one of the few cases where the term you call something... doesn't honestly matter that much. Yeah, there are conventions about what a space "torpedo" versus a space "missile" might look like, but as long as you're consistent in your terms, it probably doesn't really matter.

Unless you're dealing with nautical navies, in which case torpedoes are torpedoes.
