Mobilization officers throw escaping Ukrainian civillian to the ground

On Telegram the following statement accompanied the video:
"The mobilization teams reached the Lviv defenders

“You are worse than the Katsaps,” a Ukrainian comments from the balcony (the Katsaps are us, who didn’t know). Apparently, the Sonderkommando, which was recruiting new volunteers for the offensive guard, was afraid of publicity and the detainee was able to leave."
