Cooking the Perfect Ribeye Steak

Cooking steaks can be a challenge for many. It is a matter of experience and learning the right techniques. Ribeye is my favorite cut for a steak. It does not have to be Angus brand, even though I am using Angus in this video. Hereford or any other brand is fine with me, as long it contains a good marbling and the eye is tender.
