Today let’s make something truly delicious and healthy too using the newly launched Strawberry Pancake Mix from @thebetterflour

This one has Zero-Maida and is also sweetened with stevia so that we can dig in, guilt-free❤️❤️❤️

For the recipe,
* Take 1 cup of the pancake mix in a bowl. Add 1.5 tbsp of Melted Butter along with 1.5 cups of Milk or more to adjust the consistency.
* Pour the batter on a nonstick pan and make crepes. Make sure to cook on low to medium heat only.
* Once done, add your fillings. I have used some whipped cream and strawberry jam.
* Then fold the crepe and refrigerate for 1 hour.
* Cut it, and enjoy!
