63
The slaves working in rice paddies in India and China ate 80% carbohydrate - grain, tubers, 15% meat and dairy, 5% plant oils from seeds.
The soldiers - ate 50% meat 20% dairy 30% fruits and vegetables
The kings - 90% meat and dairy - 10% fruits
Veganism - Slave diet
Vegetarianism - Slave diet who were under the control of kings. (yes the Rajput kings of India ate meat - laal maas - red meat cooked in butter and ghee, safed maas - white meat cooked in cream and milk), while they forced the Brahmin sects to eat vegetarian food - (to keep them dumb down)
Its your choice to be a slave of elite to live in pods and eat trash to just mere exist, dying miserable death or choose the right foods to live more fulling life.
