Is someone shooting at vehicles on I-74?

Two people claim bullets struck their vehicles on Interstate 74 over the past three weeks. The most recent incident happened Sunday morning. A man told a 911 operator he was headed eastbound near North Bend Road when something broke the windshield of his rented U-Haul.
