吃錯比沒吃更慘 服用保健品禁忌

現代人工作忙、壓力大,超愛吃保健營養品,但有的人一口氣全在同一個時間吃,可能浪費錢還沒辦法充分發揮效用,吃錯比沒吃更慘!
台灣營養師高敏敏就列出這6大項目,提醒有保健品記得要分開吃:
1.葉黃素及β-胡蘿蔔素:
兩者都屬於胡蘿蔔素,在腸道中吸收的路徑相似,若同時吃可能導致互相競爭。
2.鐵及草酸、植酸、單寧酸:
草酸、植酸、單寧酸 會影響鐵質吸收(例如:咖啡、茶類)建議分開食用。
3.鈣及魚油:
鈣屬於礦物質,和魚油一起吃下去,可能會形成皂鈣,使腸道無法正常吸收 造成便秘或吸收不佳。
4.魚油及膳食纖維:
膳食纖維有吸附油脂的特性,若兩者一起吃,容易降低魚油的吸收。
5.鐵及膳食纖維:
膳食纖維會降低鐵的吸收,高纖建議飯後吃,鐵劑建議隨餐或飯後吃,稍微避開就可以了。
6.鈣及鐵:
同時吃會互相競爭吸收,建議分開補充,並注意混合再一起的保健品及食品。若想補充鐵與鈣,建議每天輪流著吃或空腹時吃鐵劑,睡前吃鈣片。
高敏敏提醒,保健營養品都有特性,常常內含多種成分加上每個人身體狀況也不同,記得除了服用時間要注意,購買前也須看清楚標示,攝取前也可以詢問醫生、藥師或營養師,在保健身體前 必須先理解自己的需求。
