Beyond Power Voltra I

The Voltra I is a compact, digital home gym cable machine.

It has 3 modes of resistance, weight range of 10 - 200 lbs, and can mount to any rack and moved up and down easily.

This is a great functional trainer alternative because it doesn't require any additional space and I can still do the same exercises.

Exercises like a cable crossover machine, lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, seated rows, upright rows, delt raises, etc can all be done.

Weight Training Mode

The weight training mode works just like a regular cable machine or functional trainer.

I can select a weight up to 200 lbs on the touch screen and the cable will have the same concentric and eccentric force when I exercise.

One cool feature about this, is that I can also change the eccentric force and use a chains mode just like when using chains on a barbell.

Resistance Band Mode

The resistance band mode on the Voltra I is unique to a home gym cable machine.

The longer I pull the cord, the more the resistance increases, just like with a resistance band.

So this provides dynamic resistance.

Damper Mode

This one is just like when doing sprints with a parachute attached to me.

The faster I pull, the greater resistance.

Kinda cool that they added all this into the Beyond Power Voltra which easily makes this one of the best home gym cable machines I've used.

The Voltra I home gym cable machine can also be paired to the Beyond+ app to control settings from your smart phone.

I have the sliding rack mount which I love because it's so easy to move up and down my uprights.

But Beyond Power also sells an adaptive rack mount and a fixed rack mount.
