But the first thing I want to do is redefine what it means to be resilient, it has nothing to do with being tough.

Instead, resilient is about courageously embracing the challenges you're facing and allowing yourself to feel all the different feelings that you feel, including the difficult ones. It's about learning to adapt to challenges and move forward with less struggle.

In the video, I share 3 science-backed skills to help you boost resilience:

1. Acceptance: Focus your attention on small things you can control and identify 1 specific step you can take.
2. Gratitude: To counter your brain's negativity bias, practice gratitude, especially in the morning.
