Sesame is now a staple in my summer garden. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣I started seeds indoors for this black sesame in March and then planted them outside in April. Sesame thrived during the long, hot summer days. The plants grew large and are covered in pods. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣The pods are beginning to turn color. As they mature, I collect the pods in a paper sack. Once the pods finished drying, I collected the seeds. ⁣⁣
