They're all hoaxes and fake lawsuits. Dershowitz thinks the Insurrection Clause refers to being a president, not running for it--DOESN'T apply to being on a ballot. So he'd have to be in office, and they'd have to do the full impeachment proceedings. AGAIN.

TLDW there's a group of communists in lawyer hats and they're coordinating this spurious argument that Trump did an insurrection, since the talking heads say he did, and it disqualifies him from being on the ballot, and Secretaries of State can remove him if they share this OPINION. Nevermind the Senate already acquitted him on this.
