(Prawn marinate)
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder

(Masala blend)
2 large green chillies
2 inches fresh ginger
5 cloves garlic
150g shallots
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
Add some water to blend

The cooking:
500g medium size prawns
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1.5 tsp chilli powder
2 stalks curry leaves
1.5 chopped fresh tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chicken stock powder
2 tsp coarse black pepper
1/2 tsp garam masala
Added water to give gravy as per liking
