Are Carogate tubes different from spirals?
Spiral Carrogate pipes, which have a lot of distinction with Carrogate pipes, have differences with Carrogate pipes in several cases, which are mostly in the type of their production and connection. لوله‌های اسپیرال کاروگیت که دارای وجه تمایز زیادی با لوله‌های کاروگیت هستند در چند مورد با لوله‌های کاروگیت تفاوت‌هایی دارند که بیشتر در نوع تولید و اتصال آنهاست. لوله کاروگیت فاضلاب از سایز ۱۲۰۰ به بالا به صورت لوله پلی اتیلن اسپیرال تولید می‌شود. لوله‌های اسپیرال کاروگیت توسط دو اکسترودر که یکی لایه بیرونی و دیگری لایه داخلی را تولید می‌کنند، تولید می‌شود. نهایتاً لوله‌ای با مشخصات استاندارد از دستگاه خارج می‌گردد. در واقع لوله‌های اسپیرال کاروگیت به نوعی تلفیق دو لایه از مواد پلی اتیلن زرد رنگ و مشکی رنگ هستند که به صورت اسپیرال یا مارپیچ پس از گذراندن مراحلی به این شکل در می‌آیند.
مورد دیگر نوع اتصال این لوله‌هاست. همانطور که گفته شد لوله‌های کاروگیت به صورت کوپلری به یکدیگر متصل می‌گردند؛ به عبارتی یک اتصال نر و یک اتصال ماده. اما در لوله‌های اسپیرال کاروگیت شرایط متفاوت است و لوله‌ها به صورت جوش اکستروژنی با دستگاه جوش به یکدیگر متصل می‌گردند و از استحکام بالایی نیز برخوردارند. هر دو این این سازه‌ها جزء لوله‌های پلی اتیلن فاضلابی به حساب می‌آیند. سازه این لوله‌ها دوجداره محسوب می‌شود.
