How the Hamilton County Fair keeps rides safe for fairgoers

Gates at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds are opening with free general admission Wednesday only at 4 p.m. The Hamilton County Agricultural Society expects 25,000 to 30,000 visitors to check out the food, rides and fun at the fairgrounds in Carthage from Wednesday through Sunday. Local bands perform daily, and demolition derbies run nightly at 7:30 p.m. USA vs. Mexico bull riding is at 5 p.m. Sunday.
