Compared to its counterpart, the Sharingan, very little is known about the byakugan. That is why the Hyuuga clan is gonna be the center of this what-if. PART 1!” Here is a summary; five years before Naruto’s graduation, Danzo decides the Mangekyo Sharingan is too important for Konoha to lose. Instead, the Uchiha are appeased by the death of their rival clan … at the hands of Hyuuga Neji. The changes this event causes will shake Konoha to its core, and force many webs of lies to come undone. We will explore an upgraded byakugan, a badass, dark, and not useless Hinata, and not as dark Sasuke. This was a fan recommendation, so I gave it a try and honestly enjoyed this fanfic.
