Foundation seeks public support

Father Joe’s unexpected death in October 2012 shocked the community and saw a massive turnout for his funeral. After his death, the Moreno family started the “Fr. Joe Moreno Memorial Foundation” in 2013 with a mission statement of “feeding the hungry; clothing the poor, caring for the sick, and lending assistance to those in need, with special care for police, firefighters, and first responders”
