Mooji, born Anthony Paul Moo-Young on January 29, 1954, is a Jamaican-born spiritual teacher and author. He is known for his teachings on self-inquiry, non-duality, and the direct path to spiritual awakening. Mooji's teachings are influenced by Advaita Vedanta, a Hindu philosophy that emphasizes the non-dual nature of reality.

Mooji's journey towards spiritual awakening began in the early 1990s when he encountered a spontaneous and profound spiritual experience. This experience led him to seek further insights and understanding, eventually leading him to meet his own teacher, Sri H.W.L. Poonja, also known as Papaji, a direct disciple of the renowned sage Sri Ramana Maharshi.
