When most conservatives think of weaponization of government and victims of the system, we probably don’t immediately think of probate court. But the system in America that deals with wills, trusts, estates, and conservatorships is a vast morass that, according to one advocate, is being weaponized. Sherry Lund’s son is the grandson of Walt Disney, and their story dealing with this system is a shocking one. Her own experience prompted her to advocate for better legislative solutions, and she speaks to Jenna about why we need to look deeper into all corners of government and ensure due process and justice for all.
