Directed Energy Weapons & DoE Labs - mmWave Heat Ray Technical Explanation & Crisis Actor Network

Many have speculated about a Directed Energy Weapon being used in Lahaina and even provided 'evidence' of rays beaming down from the sky. Though these are valuable 'dramatizations' of the heat ray, in truth, the heat ray designed by Raytheon has no visible beam but is capable of starting fires. The information floating around speculating on this is confusing by design. By showing flawed, manufactured footage...actual researchers of the technology will dismiss a plausible 'Heat Ray' theory.

Raytheon did in fact develop a 95 GHz mmWave Heat Ray

PNNL-Batelle (Dept of Energy) does in fact have a mmWave (millimeter wave) lab in Richland, WA (Hanford Nuclear) where I have reported from

PNNL often hires people from WSU, SAIC, Leidos & Raytheon...especially where my brother ran the National Security Directorate

If PNNL was developing mmWave weapons, isn't it plausible they'd try to use them somewhere other than mounted on a vehicle as you see in Raytheon's ADS presentations?

The form factor of ADS 95 GHz Heat Ray not only can be placed on Starlink, Elon Musk's Telecommunication system, but Musk is currently launch E-Band transmitters which broadcast up to 90 GHz...which means he also has the capability, as would anyone doing this, to convert it to a directed energy Heat Ray.

I will go over the TECHNICAL DATA surrounding this. Nothing about Musk is to be trusted. It is all part of the Forterra, OLIVE Simulation...in other words, your world is being manipulated by AI with human characters and I'll show you how that parallells the DEW activity...
