Too many men focus on sex satisfaction instead of pursuing their passion. From a distraction from discouragement to demonstrating masculine dominance, sex is something that assists in our self-sabotage. Your success is pushed back in exchange for your pursuit of carnal passion. Monk mode is a term thrown around in the manosphere. While I think there is a time and place for such a mindset, balance is more sustainable. Balance is achieved through understanding, not through physical indulgence.
