Terraformers; Per Aspera Ad Astra; part 2, turns 21 to 31; not as good as possible, but still going.

Think I need to found a few more cities, and get more spaceports. I'm getting the moon-cities at least, which count toward the end-goal, but they don't have spaceports per se.

Though, IRL, the moons of Mars would be exactly that, spaceports, once finally developed. Perhaps one a military base, and the other a civilian immigration port with temporary housing during intake processing. Or something along those lines. They're in good relatively stable orbits, and probably have resources that could also be made useful already there.

But for the game, I do need to get more spaceports built, and the moon-cites can at least produce more resources to sell in trade or convert directly to other space projects afterwards.
