My Peak Week EXPLAINED: What WORKED, what DIDN'T, and what I would do differently

Welcome to my final video in the Men's Physique competition prep series! I have tons of AWESOME stage footage from the day, but it will take me some time to get it compiled and edited. In a future video I will analyze my stage performance, along with my posing and what body parts I need to focus on. But for the purpose of this video, we are just going to analyze my peak week.

There are some aspects of my peak week protocol that went exceptionally well, and there were others that went disastrously wrong! Unfortunately, due to these reasons I came up short and didn't place well. The mistakes I made cost me right at the finish line, but what is more important is that I learned from this experience, and I have plans on how I'll do it better for next time! I'm going to be covering exactly what went wrong and why. But I'll also be covering what I got right. Fortunately, I have plans to compete again very soon, and I am confident that by making a few corrections, the results will speak for themselves!
