Local Hero in Birmingham UK

The warmest days of the year so far have arrived and it feels like the English spring is finally here in Birmingham! We had our morning coffee out on the balcony for the first time of the year (we hope this is our usual morning routine now!) and made the most of the outside by going to Canon Hill Park in our lunch hour for a little picnic. After work we went to Holders Lane Woods to see some of Birmingham’s parakeets and then watched a lovely sunset over Selly Oak and Birmingham University. Finally, we finished our day with another TikTok recipe - we made the baked tomato and feta pasta: so easy and SO GOOD! 29/3/21
