What Is Maricopa County And Runbeck Election Services Hiding???

Today (September 20, 2023) Attorneys Bryan Blehm for Plaintiffs (We The People Arizona Alliance) and for Defendants (Runbeck Election Services, Stephen Richer, Maricopa County Recorder; Rey Valenzuela, Maricopa County Director of Elections/Early Voting; Scott Jarret, Maricopa County Director of Elections/Election Day Voting; and Bill Gates, Clint Hickman, Jack Sellers, Thomas Galvin, Steve Gallardo; Maricopa County Board of Supervisors) Andy Ganoa, Joseph LaRue and Austin Yost appeared before Superior Court Judge, Brad Astrowsky in a public records request (PRR) case. Plaintiffs had requested through a PRR (and been denied access to) Runbeck Election Services video footage for November 8-15, 2022. The county claims that they are not custodians to the requested footage and Runbeck claims that they are not subject to a public records request.
