24 Cases dropped in Westminister

24 cases in Westminister have been dropped due to CPP not cooperating after the catch. Detectives both call and email Tommy as they needed to speak with him and get more info on the catch and tommy would not answer or call them back resulting in the cases being closed. This has happened in a number of areas and there are currently over 80 cases that have been dropped
