According to the report, the Russian Army continues to ignore international humanitarian law. They are not only targeting the positions of Ukrainian troops, but also terrorizing civilians by bombing the civilian infrastructure of settlements. Most recently, the Russian Federation launched another attack on Ukraine with air-launched cruise missiles and Shahed-136/131 attack drones.
