You Won't Believe WHAT CBS Did in BOTH Star Trek & Gilligan's Island!

Correction: I mistakenly said that Star Trek TOS aired on CBS back in the 60s. It did not. It aired on NBC. However, it was originally produced by Desilu. Gilligan’s Island was CBS and still is. Now, The Original Series is owned by Paramount which is CBS (one and the same). Some of these shows regularly change hands and it’s hard to keep up with who owns what. Since Desilu became Paramount which is CBS when CBS has a hand in both even though the show originally aired on NBC.
