NOTE => This man is from Kharkov, Ukraine. I don't know anything more, please pray for him and all others like them... Lviv is 1000 km west of Kharkiv. So my best guess is that it's (a) Ukrainian(s) who doesn't want to fight in the war... For all we know they killed him for treason...
