The date and time for this possible event are suggested by the observable code to be: 09-23-23 at 0430. A 13-minute ritual window will exist between 0423-0430-0436, showing a 7 minute and 6 minute timing, thus creating a 13-minute ritual window that could potentially be for the dreaded and fateful Day Zero.

No determination has been made to identify whether it will be morning or afternoon, AM or PM when this event occurs.
