🧈 3 cups Heavy whipping cream
🧈 2 tbs homemade cultured yogurt
🧈 Finely chopped basil, parsley, garlic
🧈 1 tsp lemon zest
🧈 Onion powder, pepper powder, chili flakes, dried rosemary, salt
☘️ Process-
* Whisk heavy cream and yogurt together until fluffy and set aside for overnight just like we set yogurt.
* Refridgerate for 2-3 hours after it is set.
* It will turned into thick consistency and it will smell like yogurt.
* In a stand mixer or blender whisk this until the butter separates ( Add ice water in between )
* Store the buttermilk and use it later to Knead dough, baking etc
* Wash the butter in iced water thrice and squeeze out excess water.
* Add all aromatics to the butter and make a log shape.
* Cling wrap it and freeze
* Cut into desired slices and use
