Area 51 is a secret U.S. Airforce military installation in Southern Nevada, best known as being a hotspot for extraterrestrial activity and shrouded in mystery and secrecy.
In an interview from 2012, Colonel Billie Faye Woodard, U.S. Airforce, retired, claimed he was from Hollow Earth and worked with the Air Force at Area 51 in an underground facility, interfacing with Hollow Earth beings. He claimed that he was sent to work at a top-secret facility in Nevada for over eleven years, relieving a commander at an Area 51 facility after he had a nervous breakdown. He claimed the facility's first floor was 3-4 miles underground inside a mountain.

He claimed that Level 27 of this facility was a cavern with artificial light with a tunnel which contained Lemurian Giants wearing turquoise robes and sandals. They led him to a cylindrical vehicle, shaped like a bullet. That vehicle took him to Telos, which is one mile underneath Mount Shasta in California, at a speed of 4,000 miles/hour. He claimed Telos was an underground domed city full of tall humanoids with light turquoise blue skin.
He also claimed he was a liaison to beings in Hollow Earth.
