We decided to visit Auroville with our friend Anna, who has stayed in the 'town' and it was good to have someone who knew the place to show us around.
Auroville is a township in the state of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry in South India.
It was founded in 1968 by Mirra Alfassa (known as "the Mother")
