Why cats 🐈 always land on their feet why ?

Cats have a remarkable ability to land on their feet due to their unique anatomy and reflexes. They possess a flexible spine, which allows them to twist their bodies mid-air, along with an inner ear that helps them maintain balance. This combination of physical traits, along with their innate reflexes, enables cats to almost always land on their feet when they fall. This instinctual behavior is known as the "cat righting reflex." However, it's important to note that this doesn't mean cats are immune to injury from falls, especially from great heights.
